Full Moon in Virgo - I Can't Even Explain

flowery setup.jpg
  • Moon trine Mars, Jupiter and Pluto - raw intensity lite™

  • Moon opposed Neptune - all isn’t as it seems, aka lie to me use me up when I’m bored I send vibrations in your direction, etc….

Whoooooooooooooshhhh this full moon blows in like a cyclone, triggering fast-acting trines to some of the most chaotic, chthonic masculine planets and activating a wild, Sliding Doors-esque opposition to Neptune. With all the trines to such powerful planets associated with war and expansion, time will feel like it’s speeding up and racing you toward a conclusion or fated meeting. Your reality is very flexible right now and cosmic timing plays a huge part in the choices you make. In the heart of Pisces season and at the end of a retrograde, it’s like emerging from a pit of molasses. You should feel almost youthful with how easy and fluid things run, as events that had been delayed finally get set in motion or stabilize. You’re tasky and handling things step-by-step, eradicating all manner of procrastination, dillydallying, and flim flam.

You simply are, and I cannot stress this enough, that bich.

Since the Full Moon is in Virgo tonight, if you’re not doing an overhaul on all your shitty habits, you’re figuring out how to make your life more utilitarian and work smarter, not harder…even in your beauty routine, even in your relationships. Maybe if you switch from coffee to tea, you’ll have more time in the morning and less concealer? (not that I would ever agree to this, do as I say not as I do) Maybe you can turn a boring night in with a spouse into a sexy book club? What about working from home together in the spirit of Coronatine™ and doing all your favorite morning routines in tandem?

You’re fetishizing efficiency and getting delight out of crisp white sheets or even just a email filing system that slaps. Virgo rules the 6th house, the house of shit that gets taken for granted: the smell of rain, the feeling of having your bed made, the comfort of knowing that it’s Taco Tuesday. It’s the stuff you know (but really only *assume*) is always gonna be there. With heavy Pisces, Neptune and tons of masculine planets, I think you’re grappling with a sense of danger that makes you truly appreciate these creature comforts and yearn for less and not more.

There is a heavy Neptune influence over this full moon that makes reality gauzy, pasty, and hazy. You might not feel like you’re seeing things clearly lately or maybe you’re beginning to realize how much you *really* had a situation completely fucking wrong when you were feeling emotionally charged. When a full moon (which is always a Sun-Moon opposition) contains an opposition to other planets, usually another person is our focus and we get obsessed with how they are acting, what they said, or how they treated us. Everyone’s focus will be different, but when you start to let go of what you’re projecting onto this person and get distracted by the day-to-day, you’ll realize you were actually upset with a part of yourself. Especially with Pisces, the focus is on someone else being irresponsible, being insecure, drinking too much, not listening. The weaknesses come out vividly under the Full Moon in Virgo and make you want to criticize that part of you.

It’s kind of like seeing a collision from space. Eerily soundless, these explosions sneak up on you and the air is oddly remote. Little changes to your daily routine and things that “weren’t supposed to happen” are appearing at the right time and setting you on a subtly different course. Let us know how it goes.
