Refunds

There are no refunds on any of our services—the messages we receive for you are valid and valuable, even when they are not what you’re anticipating. We appreciate your trust in our insight and your respect of our time and energy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, please keep in mind that not giving us the proper notice puts us in the difficult position of not being able to schedule someone else in your place. Typically when people miss an appointment, it’s because they have forgotten. While we understand that this happens, it’s impossible for us to schedule another appointment at the last minute.

Missing an appointment without giving at least 24-hours of notice will result in charges as follows:

If you reschedule within 30 days, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.

If you aren’t able to reschedule within 30 days of the missed appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. This is dependent on our schedule as well as yours and we cannot guarantee that if you miss you appointment you will be able to reschedule within 30 days. We are usually booked at least a month out which makes it impossible for us to allow missed appointments.

Scope of Readings

These offerings are for inspiration—please seek the appropriate professionals for help outside of our scope; we love to joke that we are unlicensed therapists but we truly are unlicensed with no medical or therapeutic experience. And while Reiki requires a certification, it is not intended to be a substitute for medical treatment.

A Note On Online Readings

When booking a reading, please keep in mind that with online readings, Kelli & Hayley must channel and pick up on your energy remotely; it’s difficult to schedule that. True magic takes time :) Please have patience with us as we tune into your energy.
