  • Opposed Uranus (separating) - aggravating surprises not attributable to you

  • Trine Mars (approaching) - intense and rapid advancement of the plot

Yuck. That’s literally the first thing I thought when I saw the state of our moon vibes. I also got chills and had a sexual frisson. It’s gross but somehow also hot. Do not ask me to explain, I cannot.

I love a Full Moon in Scorpio, especially a Supermoon™ but this one in particular has the energy of a messy divorce. It’s like you’re ready to be free but to do it you have to cut off your leg or some shit that you really don’t want to do. And with Uranus and Mars, it’s as if the universe is offering to perform this cosmic surgery for you, without really asking you if you’re ready. It’s ok: you are. You’re just not going to find your footing until you cinch the stump.

You’re not interested in mincing words right now: it is all hiding and alternately, all directness. When you get “found,” you release your grip and open up. All the way. With Mars involved in positive aspect, I see you speeding up the course of events and escalating the plot once your hiding places are discovered. It’s like there’s nothing left to lose when the secrets come out and you just go all in on the truth, unabashed and shameless.

Scorpio presents us with frozen water, ice, a nocturnal emission of energy: something you’ve long been controlling is in its melted or exhausted state. It’s finally uncontrollable. This is an innocent influence where you dive in headfirst into authenticity because you have no choice. You feel so many things that the mood shifts even though nothing special has even happened. You’re just melting into the emotional landscape around you. You are longing but you don’t know what you’re longing for. You realize something needs to change but nothing seems like what you want. You need to release resistance and set down the urge to make everything fit the old paradigm. This is a moon heavily aspected by Uranus: it does not play by the rules and may urge you to consider poly relationships, a fusion of two disparate paths, or an alternative lifestyle.

If you relax, you will softly bend as you round the corner of this full moon at breakneck speeds. But if you’re rigid and controlling in Taurus season (as is the tendency when energy feels wild and wrong), you will paradoxically break. It’s time to let go but don’t let it all fall apart. Enjoy the pleasure and the pain equally and you’ll love your life.

xoxo,

Hayley
